Section 56: Unauthorized communication of information

No employee shall except in accordance with any general or special order of the management or in the performance in good faith of the duties assigned to him, conmunicate directly or indirectly, any document or information, which has come into his possession in the course of his duties or has been prepared or collected by him whether from official sources or otherwise.
