Section 55: Improper and unbecoming conduct

Any employee who -

(iv) leads an immoral life, () is convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude whether in the course of the discharge of his duties or not;

(i) behaves in public in disorderly manner unbecoming of his position;

(i) is proved to have sent on anonymous or pseudonymous petition to any person in authority;

shall be liable to disciplinary action.
