Section 4: Forms for intimation and notices

Statements, intimations and notices required under sections 60, 61, 62 and 63 shall be uploaded electronically in Form-B, Form-C, Form-D, Form-E or Form-F, as the case may be, respectively, within ninety days from the date of making such amendment, accompanied by the fee, specifying the amendments and signed and verified in the manner specified in the relevant Form:
