Section 53: Village guard to be an honorary worker.

The Rajasthan Police Act 2007State Act of Rajasthan · Act 14 of 2007

(1) A village guard shall be an honorary worker and shall be deemed to be a Public Servant within the meaning of the Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act No. 45 of 1860).

(2) A village guard may be paid such honorarium and out of pocket expenses as may be determined by the State Government.
