Section 6: Police District and Police District Level Special Cells

The Rajasthan Police Act 2007State Act of Rajasthan · Act 14 of 2007

(1) The State Government may notify any area, including a metropolitan area, within the State as a Police District.

(2) The State Government may, by notification, establish one or more Special Cells in a Police District and may appoint an officer not below the rank of Deputy superintendent of Police to be the in-charge of such special cell.
