Section 16: Preparation of Budget

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) The budget for the various services of Prisons shall be prepared by the Directorate of Prisons and submitted to the Government for approval.

(2) Subject to the rules and orders of the State Government and the requirements of the Accountant General, Rajasthan the expenditure of the Directorate of Prisons shall be controlled by the Inspector General of Prisons.
