Section 172: History Ticket

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) Every prisoner shall immediately on his admission in jail, a History Ticket shall be prepared in form specified in which, besides the information required by the heading, shall be recorded at the time, and in chronological sequence, every occurrence of importance in the jail life of such prisoner and every order specially related to him.

(2) Every entry in the History Ticket shall be dated and initialed by the officer who makes it and no convict shall be allowed to make any entry in the History Ticket.
