Section 173: Entries in the History Ticket

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) The duty of preparing and maintaining History Tickets correctly shall devolve on the Jailor (or other officer specially deputed by the Superintendent) who shall be responsible that all entries, other than those to be made by the Superintendent and medical authorities are duly and correctly made under the initial of the entering officer.

(2) The Jailor shall bring to the notice of the officer concerned any irregularity or omission of any entry on any History Ticket and shall, if necessary, report the matter to the Superintendent.
