Section 180: Entries to be made by the Superintendent

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

On the History Ticket of every convict, the Superintendent shall record,-

(a) any special order he may have to give related to any prisoner, e.g. the imposition or removal of fetters, permission to hold an interview or write a letter, separation by night;

(b) the award of every punishment;

(d) promotion to the grade of Convict-watchman, Convict overseer; and

(e) the award of special remission.
