Section 225: Production of under-trial prisoners in other States

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) When an under trial prisoner is required to be sent to another State for trial, the State from where the under trial prisoner is sent shall arrange for the escort.

(2) Travel and other incidental expenses of the escort of the under trial prisoner shall be borne by the requisitioning State.
