Section 224: Expenditure to be borne by the concerned district police office

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) The expenditure incurred during the conveyance of under trial prisoner to and from the courts or from one district to another, shall be paid by the concerned district police office.

(2) Subsistence allowance, if allowed, shall be paid to the under trial prisoner as per the scale fixed by the Government.
