Section 240: Release from the court

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) When an under trial prisoner is discharged or released from the court, an endorsement to that effect shall be made by the court to the jail authority.

(2) On receipt of such intimation, entries in the appropriate columns for under trial register shall be made.
