Section 321: Punishment

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) No woman prisoner shall be punished in the prison until she has been informed of the offence alleged against her and given proper opportunity of presenting her defense.

(2) The competent authority shall conduct a thorough investigation of the case before awarding punishment.
