Section 413: Several punishments at one trial

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

When a person is sentenced at one trial to several punishments for two or more offences, such punishments, when consisting of imprisonment, shall commence one after the expiry of the other or in such order as the court may direct, unless the Court directs that such punishments shall run concurrently.
