Section 4: Account of the Fund

The account of the Jail Band Fund shall be maintained in the personal Deposit Account in the Treasury concerned.

6. Operation of Fund Account.

be operated by the Officer Incharge of the Band and withdrawals shall be made under his signature for the purpose of making the ceremonial uniforms payment of allowances, arranging repairs to band instruments and band accessories, purchage of band instrument and other necessary accessories etc. expenditure shall be incurred to the following extent by the different Jail Officers as under:— nd.— All Income received by by other means or by sale of old . shall be credited to the Jail Band — The Jail Band Fund Account shall Officer 1/C of the Jail Band upto Rs. 150/ — in each case and [Rs.

300/~ in each case and Rs. 1000/-].
