Section 7: Maintenance of Accounts

The Rajshthan Jail Band Fund Rule-1965State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

The Cashier, Incharge of the Jail shall maintain account of the Jail Band Fund in a separate Cash Book and he will also maintain the separate Receipt Book all transactions shall be properly entered therein and signed by the Officer Incharge of the Band. The accounts will be maintained in accordance with Finance Department Memo No. F. 18(a) FD(a) Rules/60 dated the 30.6.63.
