Section 3: Amendment of rule 12

Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rules, 2021State Rules of Rajasthan · 2016

In rule 12 of the said rules,-

(i) in sub-rule (I), for the existing expression "in Form~K", the ~xpression "electronically in Form-K to the Authority through the official website of the Authority" shall be substituted; and

(ii) in sub-rule (2), for the existing expression "being an individual or rupees twenty five thousand in case of the real estate agent being anyone other than an individual", the expression "being an individual or a sole proprietorship firm and rupees twenty five thousand in case of the real estate agent being any one other than an individual or a sole proprietorship firm" shall be substituted.
