Section 4: Substitution of rule 15

Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Amendment) Rules, 2021State Rules of Rajasthan · 2016

The existing rule 15 of the said rules shall be substituted by the following, namely:- "15. Functions and duties of the real estate agent.- (1) The real estate agent shall provide assistance to enable the allottee and promoter to exerc ise their respective rights and fulfil their respective obligations at the time of booking and sale of any plot, apartment or building, as the case may be.

(2) The real estate agent, in the advertisement and prospectus issued by him, shall mention prominently his name and registration number and also the name and regislTation number of the project issued by the Authori ty along with the website address of the Authority wherein all details of the registered real estate agents and the n!gisLerecl projects have been entered."
