In FORM-I appended to the said rules, in para~raph ~' after the existing item (ii) and before the existing item (iii ), the following new item (11-a) shall be inserted, namely.- "(ii-a) The real estate agent, in the advertisement and prospectus issued by him, shall mention prominently his name and registration number and also the name and registration number of the project issued by the Authority along with the website address of the Authority wherein all details of the registered real estate agents and the registered projects have been entered."
