Section 6: Grant or rejectionof registration of the project

Rajasthan Real estate (Regulation and Development) Rules 2017State Rules of Rajasthan · 2016

(1) Upon the registration of aproject under section 5, the’‘Authority shall grant a registration certificate with a registration number in-Form-C to the promoter.

(2) In case of rejection of the application as per section 5 the Authority shall inform theapplicant in Form-D.
