1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Right to Hearing (Amendment) Rules, 2012.
(2) They shall come into from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule 1.- In sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Rajasthan Right to Hearing Rules, 2012, for the existing expression "11 June, 2012", the expression "1 August, 2012" shall be substituted.
