Section 8: Order refusing to grant ‘the certificate

The “Director, Special Abled Person, may if not satisfied after giving the -applicant reasonable opportunity. of being heard, make an order refusing to grant a certificate. ‘Such order shall contain specific “reasons. for refusal to grant such a certificate and shall be communicated to the applicant through registered post.
