Any person- aggrieved by the ‘order of the- Director, Special Abled Person referred. to in ‘sub-section (1) of section 51, refusing to. grant a certificate of registration or. revoking . a certificate of registration may, within three months, from. ‘the date of the order, prefer an appeal agdinst that order. to Secretary. ‘incharge, of Social Justice & Empowerment Department may, after such enquiry into the ‘matter as. it censiders necessary--and after giving the appellant ¢ an. opportunity of liarings, -make such orderas it thinks fit RE NE
