Section 8: Quorum for the meeting

Rajasthan settlement committees for Development authorities Rules 2018State Rules of Rajasthan · 1982

(1) The quorum for the meeting of the Committee shall be of three members inclusive of Chairman. The decision shall be taken by consensus of all. In case of disagreement by a member the matter shall be deemed as rejected by the Committee.

(2) In absence of the quorum the meeting of the Committee shall be adjourned and thereafter the meeting shall be convened on the next date fixed by the Chairman
