Section 7: Minutes of the meetings

(1) Decisions taken during the meeting of the Committee shaii be reauced in writing under the signature of the Chairman and members present in the meeting.

(2) The minutes of the Committee shall be recorded and prepared by the Member- Secretary and after approval of the Chairman the minutes shall be circulated to all concerned Names of members present in the meeting shal! be menticned in the minutes and in a register maintained for the purpose.
