Section 22: Reference to appelate authority

(1) Any dispute arising out of any provisions of this Act may be referred to the appellate authority by the Chief Executive Officer or any officer authorised in this behalf, of the Regional Development Authority.

12} The Regionel Development Authority may draw up a statement of the facts of the case and the point or points on which dispute has arisci and refer such statement for the decision of the appellate authority.

(3) Such statement shail be signed by the Chief Executive Officer or any officer authorised in this behalf, of tle Regiona!
