Section 23: Review

Rajasthan Special Investment Regions Appellate Authority rules, 2017State Rules of Rajasthan · 2016

(1) The appellate authority may on an application of the party to the appeal or on its own mation, review its own judgement.

(2) The appeliate authority shall have the same powers as are vested in a civil court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Centzal Act No. V of 1908) in respest of hearing and deciding of Jeview applications.
