Section 2: Definitions

(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) **Act”” means the Rajasthan Special Invest ment Regions Act, 2016 (Act No. 13 of 2016);

(b) “‘Form’’means Form appended to these rules.

(c) “Nonm-official member of the Board” means such member of the Board whe is reither in the employment nor holding any office of profit in the Central Govermment, State Government or a Government Agency for the time being:

(d) “Non-official member of the Regional Developme nt Authority’” means such member of the Regional Development Authority who is neither in the employment nor holding any office of profit in the Central Government, State Gevernment or - a Government Agency for the time being: and

(e) “*Schedule’” means Scheduie appended to these rules.

(2) The words and expressions used but not defined in these ru les shall have the same meanings as assigned to them in the Act.
