Section 3: Disqualificaiion for a non-official member of the Board

A person shal! be disqualified for being appointed and for being non-official member of the Board, if he.-

(i) has been adjudged insolvent;

(if) has been convicted for an offence which, in the opinion of the Government involves moral turpitude:

(iii) has become physically or mentally incapable of acting . as non-official member; * :

(iv) has acquired such financial or oth to affect prejudicially his fun member of the Board; oi

(v) has so abused his Position as to render his continuance in office prejudiciai to the public uterest.
