Section 7: Declaration before assumption of office by a nonofficial member of the Regional Development Authority

Rajasthan Special Investment Regions rules, 2017State Rules of Rajasthan · 2016

The non-official member of the Regional Development Authority, before assumption of office, shall submit the following declaration,-

(i) that he is'not disqualified for appointment;

(ii) ‘that he has no potential conflict of interest with the Regional-Development Authority; and

(ii) -thathe has no affiliation with any firm, interest Liptioup, issociation; -or organization -carrying on | pusivecs dotivities directly or indirectly related with ‘the functions’ of “the Regional Development Authority:
