Section 6: Disqualification for a non oificial member of the Regional Development Authority

A person shall be disqualified for being appointed and for being non-official member of the Regional Development Auiliority, if he,-

(i) has been adjudged insolvent:

(i) has been convicied for an cffence which, in the opinion of the State Government involves moral turpitude;

(iii) has become physically or mentally incapable of acting as non-" official member;

(iv) has acquired such financial or ofher interest as is likely to affect prejudicially his function as nonofficial ‘member of tihe Regional Devzlopment Atithority; or v) has so abused his position as to rénder'kis continuance in office prejudicial to the public interest.
