Section 5: Electorate for various constituencies

Rajasthan State Dental Council Act-2008State Rules of Rajasthan · 1948

(1) For the purpose of elections under clause (a) of section 21 of the Act, Part-A of the register of Dentists prepared under section 31 of the Act, as amended by the decision of the Appellate Authority and as is stands on the day, which shall be 30 days before the date fixed under clause (a) of rule 7 shall constitute the electoral roll.

(2) For the purposes of elections under clause (b) of section 21 of the Act, Part-Bof the register of Dentists prepared under section 31 of the Act, as amended by the decision of the Appellate Authority and as is stands on the day, which shall be 30 days before the date fixed under clause (a) of rule 7 shall constitute the electoral roll.

(3) For the purpose of elections under clause (d) of section 21 of the Act, the members of the Medical Council of Rajasthan of the day, which shall be 30 days before the date fixed under clause (a) of rule 7 shall constitute the electoral roll.
