Section 7: Fixation of dates for various stages of election

Rajasthan State Dental Council Act-2008State Rules of Rajasthan · 1948

The Returning Officer shall appoint and shall notify in the Rajasthan Government Gazette and in such other manner as he thinks fit, the date, time and place for:-

(a) the receipt of nomination papers and their scrutiny.

(b) the dispatch of voting papers to the electors;

(d) the scrutiny and counting of votes.
