Section 79: Investment of funds in the name of Council

Rajasthan State Dental Council Act-2008State Rules of Rajasthan · 1948

An investment of the funds of the Council shall be make in the name of the Council. The safe custody receipts shall remain in the personal charge of the Treasurer and shall be verified once in six months with Register of Investments and a certificate of verification shall be recorded by the Treasurer on the Register and countersigned by the President.
