The treasurer shall prepare detailed estimates of the receipts and expenditure for the next financial year and shall submit the same for the sanction of the Executive Committee at a meeting to he held for the purpose before the 1 st November every year. One Copy of the finally sanctioned estimates shall be supplied by the 1 st November to the Secretary, Medical and Health Department.
