Section 1: Short title and commencement

Rajasthan State Highways Administration Rules, 2020State Rules of Rajasthan · 2014

(I) These rules may be called the Rajasthan State Highways Administration Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette except rules 6 and 7 which shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
