Section 2: Definitions Rajasthan State Highways Administration Rules, 2020 State Rules of Rajasthan · 2014
(I) In these rules, unless the context other requires>
(a) "Act" means the Rajasthan State Highways Act, 2014 (Act No. 22 of2015);
(b) "form" means the form appended to these rules;
(c) "lease" means the lease granted under section 41;
(d) "license", means the license granted under section 30;
(e) "permit" means a permit issued under sub-section (2) of section 40 for granting permission under that sub-section; and
(f) "section" means the section of the Act.
(2) The words and expressions used, but not defined, in these rules shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act.
