Where the officer authorized by the State Government in this behalf is of view that the vehicle of which the laden weight 1039 ~ Xf\iI -q:;r, 3T1ffi'l 25, 2020 exceeds the limit of laden weight as determined under rule 13, it shall prohibit or restrict the plying of such vehicle on or over such Highway or any part thereof or such any bridge, culvert or causeway built on or across the Highway, as the case may be, or may remove the additional laden weight in excess of the permissible limit of the laden weight of any vehicle to implement the provisions of this rule for directing such plying of the vehicle.
