Section 14: Instalments on shares to be duly paid

The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation Rules, 1975State Rules of Rajasthan · 1999

If by the conditions of allotment of any share, the whole or part of the amount or issue price thereof is payable in instalment, every such instalment shall when due be paid to the Corporation by the allottee who, for the time being, shall be registered holder of the share.
