The Board may, from time to time, make* such calls, as it thinks fit, upon the share holders in respect of all moneys unpaid on the shares held by them and not by the conditions of allotement thereof made payable at fixed times and each share holder shall pay the amount of every call so made on such shareholder to the person and at the time and places appointed by the Board of Directors.
