Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Rajasthan tourism trade (Facilitation and Regulations Rules 2010State Rules of Rajasthan · 2010

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Rules, 2010.

(2) They shall extend to whole of the Siate.

(3) They shall come into foree at once caccpt Chapter-il which shall come inio operation upon publication of a scheme setting out standard and norms for recognition and regi stration af service providers under sub-section (2) of section 3 af the Act,
