Section 2: Definitions

Rajasthan tourism trade (Facilitation and Regulations Rules 2010State Rules of Rajasthan · 2010

(1) In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-

(a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Tourism Trade {Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 201);

(b} "Appendix" means the appendix appended io these rules; and

(c) “Fomi' means the form appended to these rules.

(2) ‘The words and expression used but uot defined it: these rales and defined in the Act shall have ihe same meanings as assigned to them in the Act.
