Section 33: Purchase or price preference in procurement

A procuring entity shall provide price preference or purchase preference in procurement, to the category of bidders as notified by the State Government, from time to time.** * In this regard Notification dated 04.09.2013 has been issued by F.D.

**In this regard Notification dated 19.11.2015 has been issued by F.D. for Price/Purchase Preference MSME.
