Section 34: Description of subject matter of procurement

The Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013State Rules of Rajasthan · 2012

(1) The description of the subject matter of procurement shall be set out in the pre-qualification documents, bidder registration documents or the bidding documents as provided in section 12.

(2) In description of the subject matter of the procurement, the procuring entity shall, if required, include specifications, plans, drawings, designs, trials, sample testing and test methods, packaging, marking, labeling, conformity certification or symbols and terminology.
