39. Protection for acts done under the Act - Nosuit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any authority or officer or servant of the State Government for any act done or purporting to be done, or for any damage caused by any action taken in carrying out the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder,
