Provided further that ifthc applicant fails to deposit the said amount even after expiry of six mcnths from the date of receipt of demand notice, the permission under these rules shall be deemed as cancelled 10 Exemption of premium etc. - (I) No premium shall be payable by any department of State Govemment for permission to use agricultural land for non-agricultural purpose for any official use.

(2) The State Government shall have the powers to exempt premium or grant such concession on premium in such cases as may be notified by the State Government from time to time.
