Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Rajasthan Urban Areas (Permission for use of Agricultural Land for Non-agricultural Purposes and Allotment) Rules, 2012'State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Urban Areas (Permission for use of Agricuhural Land for Non-agricultural Purposes and Allotment) Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall extent to the urban areas situated in the State of Rajasthan.

(3) They shall come into force at once.
