Section 10: Exemption of premium etc

Rajasthan Urban Areas (Permission for use of Agricultural Land for Non-agricultural Purposes and Allotment) Rules, 2012'State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) No premium shall be payable by any department of State Government for permission to use agricultural land for non-agricultural purpose for any official use.

(2) The State Government shall have the powers to exempt pre mium or grant such concession on preniiurn in such cases as may be notified by the State Government, from time to time.
