(I) The applicant shall pay such amount of premium as may be notified by the State Government, from time to time.

(2) Premium and urban assessment or lease rent under these rules shall be deposited by the applicant within ninety days of demand raised by the Local Authority coiiosmed:
Provided that if the allottee fails to deposit the premium, urban assessment/ and other charges to the concerned Local Authority within ninety days of the demand raised by the Local Authority, the interest at the rate of fifteen percent per annum shall be charged after the expiry of above period.
Provided fiirther that if the applicant fails to deposit the said amount, even after expiry of six months from the date of receipt of demand notice^ the permission under these rules shall be deemed as cancelled.
