Any person who has surrendered his tenancy rights and got the land allotted under these rules may, at any time be fore the execution of lease deed, apply to the Authorised Officer for reverting the land for the original use, The Authorised Officer, with prior approval of the Local Authority, shall pass an order for reversion and on such reversion the status of land shall be the same as it was before he had surrendered his tenancy rights, but he or any other per son shall not be entitled to get refund of any amount paid for conversion for allotment or otherwise.
